Welcome to our painting lessons! By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All students must register and pay for painting lessons in advance. Spots are confirmed once payment is received.
Our classes are scheduled based on availability and demand. We strive to maintain a consistent schedule; however, the instructor reserves the right to adjust timing in case of emergencies.
Payments must be made prior to the start of the course. Payments are non-refundable after the course has started unless in exceptional circumstances.
If you need to cancel your enrollment, please inform us at least 48 hours before the class start time. Refunds will be processed minus any applicable administrative fees. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the class.
Materials such as paints, brushes, and canvases will be provided for all in-person lessons. For online lessons, students are responsible for having their own materials, which will be specified upon registration.
Students must maintain respectful behavior during lessons. Disruptive behavior may result in the student being asked to leave the class without a refund.
All content provided during the lessons, including videos, tutorials, and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of the instructor and is for personal use only. Any redistribution or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
Students are responsible for their own safety during lessons. Please wear appropriate clothing for painting classes, and follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students prior to the next class or session.
